- 1 Cantique de Mahaloth, de David. Ô Éternel ! mon coeur ne s'est point élevé, et mes yeux ne se sont point haussés, et je n'ai point marché en des choses grandes et merveilleuses au-dessus de ma portée.
- 2 N'ai-je point soumis et fait taire mon coeur, comme celui qui est sevré fait envers sa mère ; mon coeur est en moi, comme celui qui est sevré.
- 3 Israël attends-toi à l'Eternel dès maintenant et à toujours.
