- 1 （可拉 後裔的 詩 歌，就是以斯拉人 希幔的 訓誨詩，交與伶長。調用 麻哈拉 利暗俄。）耶和華─拯救我的 神啊，我晝 夜 在你面前 呼籲。
- 2 願我的禱告 達到 你面前；求你側 耳 聽我的呼求！
- 3 因為 我心 裡滿了 患難；我的性命 臨近 陰間。
- 4 我算 和下 坑 的人同列， 如同無 力（或譯：沒有幫助）的人一樣。
- 5 我被丟 在死人中，好像 被殺的人 躺 在墳墓裡。 他們是你不 再 記念的， 與你 隔絕了。
- 6 你把我放 在極深 的坑裡，在黑暗地方，在深處。
- 7 你的忿怒 重壓 我身；你用一切的 波浪 困住我。（細拉）
- 8 你把我所認識的 隔在遠處，使我 為他們 所憎惡；我被拘困，不得 出來。
- 9 我的眼睛 因 困苦 而乾癟。耶和華啊，我天天 求告你，向你 舉 手。
- 10 你豈要行 奇事 給死人看嗎？難道 陰魂 還能起來 稱讚你嗎？（細拉）
- 11 豈能在墳墓裡 述說 你的慈愛嗎？豈能在滅亡中 述說你的信實嗎？
- 12 你的奇事 豈能在幽暗裡 被知道嗎？你的公義 豈能在忘記 之地被知道嗎？
- 13 耶和華啊，我 呼求 你；我早晨 的禱告 要達到你面前。
- 14 耶和華啊，你為何 丟棄 我？為何掩 面 不顧我？
- 15 我 自幼 受苦，幾乎死亡；我受 你的驚恐，甚至慌張。
- 16 你的烈怒 漫過 我身；你的驚嚇 把我剪除。
- 17 這些終 日 如水 環繞我，一齊 都來圍困 我。
- 18 你把我的良朋 密友 隔在遠處，使我所認識的人 進入黑暗裡。
