詩篇 90
- 1 主啊！你世世代代作我們的居所。（本節在《馬索拉抄本》包括細字標題）
- 2 群山尚未生出，大地和世界你未曾造成，從永遠到永遠，你是 神。
- 3 你使人歸回塵土，說：“世人哪！你們要歸回塵土。”
- 4 在你看來，千年好像剛過去了的昨天，又像夜裡的一更。
- 5 你使世人消逝，像被洪水沖去；他們好像睡了一覺；他們又像在早晨生長的草，
- 6 早晨發芽生長，晚上就凋萎枯乾。
- 7 我們因你的怒氣而消滅，因你的烈怒而驚恐。
- 8 你把我們的罪孽擺在你面前，把我們的隱惡擺在你臉光之中。
- 9 我們一生的日子都在你的震怒中消逝，我們度盡的年歲好像一聲歎息。
- 10 我們一生的年日是七十歲，如果強壯，可到八十歲，但其中可誇耀的，不過是勞苦愁煩；我們的年日轉眼即逝，我們也如飛而去了。
- 11 誰曉得你怒氣的威力，誰按著你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？
- 12 求你教導我們怎樣數算自己的日子，好使我們得著智慧的心。
- 13 耶和華啊！要到幾時呢？求你回心轉意，求你憐恤你的僕人。
- 14 求你使我們早晨飽嘗你的慈愛，好使我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。
- 15 你使我們受苦和遭難的年日有多久，求你使我們喜樂的日子也有多久。
- 16 願你的作為向你的僕人彰顯，願你的威嚴向他們的子孫顯明。
- 17 願主我們的 神的恩慈臨到我們身上；願你為我們的緣故，堅立我們手所作的工；我們手所作的工，願你堅立。
