- 1 ข้าพระองค์จะสรรเสริญพระองค์ด้วยสิ้นสุดใจของข้าพระองค์ ข้าพระองค์จะร้องเพลงสรรเสริญถวายพระองค์ต่อหน้าบรรดาพระทั้งหลาย
- 2 ข้าพระองค์กราบลงตรงมายังพระวิหารอันบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ และสรรเสริญพระนามของพระองค์ เพราะความเมตตาและความจริงของพระองค์ เพราะพระองค์ทรงเชิดชูพระวจนะของพระองค์เหนือพระนามทั้งหลายของพระองค์
- 3 ในวันที่ข้าพระองค์ร้องทูล พระองค์ได้ทรงตอบข้าพระองค์ พระองค์ทรงเพิ่มกำลังจิตใจของข้าพระองค์
- 4 โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ บรรดากษัตริย์แห่งแผ่นดินโลกจะสรรเสริญพระองค์ เมื่อท่านเหล่านั้นได้ยินพระวจนะแห่งพระโอษฐ์ของพระองค์

- 6 ถึงแม้พระเยโฮวาห์นั้นสูงยิ่ง พระองค์ก็ทรงเห็นแก่คนถ่อมตัวลง แต่พระองค์ทรงทราบคนโอหังได้แต่ไกล
- 7 แม้ข้าพระองค์เดินอยู่กลางความลำบากยากเย็น พระองค์จะทรงสงวนชีวิตข้าพระองค์ไว้ พระองค์จะทรงเหยียดพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์ออกต่อต้านความโกรธของศัตรูของข้าพระองค์ และพระหัตถ์ขวาของพระองค์จะทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์ให้รอด
- 8 พระเยโฮวาห์จะทรงให้สำเร็จพระประสงค์ของพระองค์แก่ข้าพระองค์ โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ความเมตตาของพระองค์ดำรงเป็นนิตย์ ขออย่าทรงละทิ้งพระหัตถกิจของพระองค์
