- 1 勇士啊！你为什么以作恶自夸呢？ 神的慈爱是常存的。
- 2 你图谋毁灭，你的舌头锋利像剃刀，常弄诡诈。
- 3 你喜爱作恶过于行善，喜爱撒谎过于说实话。（细拉）
- 4 你喜爱你诡诈的舌头，所说一切毁灭人的话。
- 5 神必把你永远拆毁；他必把你挪去，把你从帐棚中揪出来，把你从活人之地连根拔起。（细拉）
- 6 义人必看见而惧怕；他们必讥笑他，说：
- 7 “看哪！这就是那不以 神为自己保障的人，他只倚靠自己丰盛的财富，以毁灭别人来加强自己的力量。”
- 8 至于我，我就像 神殿中茂盛的橄榄树一样；我倚靠 神的慈爱，直到永永远远。
- 9 我要永远称谢你，因为你行了这事；我必在你圣民的面前，宣扬（“宣扬”原文作“仰望”）你的名，因你的名是美好的。
